The research project of experts of the Universities of Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard and Toronto is to become the prelude for an annual investigation of the OpenNet in such a way specified initiative. “The investigation shows that the Internet censorship increases world-wide”, said John Palfrey, acting director of the Berkmann of center for Internet and society, on Friday during the presentation of the study in London.
